I've been a patient here for over 20 years and couldn't be happier about the service and expertise that they provide! Dr. Dunn saw me today to fix a chipped tooth and she was awesome! It was quick and easy with no pain which is always nice. The staff worked around my schedule to get me in as soon as they could and like I said earlier...couldn't be happier! We are a family of 6, and our children range from the ages of 19 down to 4 years old! The entire staff from reception to surgeons are always highly professional, cordial and genuinely caring people. One of our daughters Ashley, had her wisdom teeth pulled over the winter break and she was treated with exceptional care! I have never met a more friendly and inviting staff! My experience was wonderful. They’re very accommodating and have amazing office hours! Their open on Saturdays! I would highly recommend a visit!
Couldn't be happier since finding these providers a few years ago! After our recent visit I'm reminded how great it is to get all 3 of my kids in on the same day at the same time and all of them have different needs as two have braces with drastically different issues. With one kid not being a great brusher I appreciate the heartfelt chat the dentist had with my son to help improve his dental care. Was a client with my family at this place for at least 6 years. I always liked it, but in the last year it just went downhill, Poor appointment notification, very poor insurance management (what to do in what year so insurance don't run out) misdiagnoses of what filling are needed (price was also 40% more expensive of what a other dentist charged me). They did not notify me of a small crack in a crown installed by them in the last 2 years (in house fabrication of the crown) Did they want to avoid the warranty work?

The office on Tacoma Mall Blvd is FANTASTISC!!! My dentest Rich Opler is great! Very informative, caring, and thorough. Him and his staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Even though I am a tough case and have had several surgical extractions, it has still been by far my best experience at a dentist. They also offered me several options for financing to boot. I highly recommend Light Dental.
