Dr. Crouch ended up saving my family thousands of dollars and an unnecessary invasive procedure on my daughter when we decided to get a second opinion from him for my daughter's ankylosed teeth. I would recommend him over and over! Very honest man.
Caring, compassionate. They definitely listened to my concerns, worked on special details for my specific needs. Researched items and was very receptive to me bringing in some printed materials to expand their knowledge so they could research it more. Was a client with my family at this place for at least 6 years. I always liked it, but in the last year it just went downhill, Poor appointment notification, very poor insurance management (what to do in what year so insurance don't run out) misdiagnoses of what filling are needed (price was also 40% more expensive of what a other dentist charged me). They did not notify me of a small crack in a crown installed by them in the last 2 years (in house fabrication of the crown) Did they want to avoid the warranty work?

The office on Tacoma Mall Blvd is FANTASTISC!!! My dentest Rich Opler is great! Very informative, caring, and thorough. Him and his staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Even though I am a tough case and have had several surgical extractions, it has still been by far my best experience at a dentist. They also offered me several options for financing to boot. I highly recommend Light Dental.
