Have a positive attitude and set realistic goals for yourself. Make new friends. One thing that I enjoy the most is the sense of community and all the new friends I have made in the classes. Everyone is friendly and supportive and we all encourage each other. I go at least 3 times a week and love it! I always leave with a good feeling of accomplishment.
