It's an awesome place to workout.The equipment is great. You will enjoy yourself at this gym everyday.
The Lift is a great place to work out! It has all of the amenities you would expect in a high end fitness center. I love the cardio, strength training equipment, and the lap pool. The staff is very knowledgeable and they keep the facilities in immaculate shape!!
