Great place for therapy, the therapist are very polite and caring. I have been with some of them when they were on Roland. My therapist April seems very shy and timid but she knows how to work with her patients.
I was just there for a blood draw. I am very hard to stick, but she listened to me and used a baby butterfly to draw. She stuck it first time, no problem. HAPPY!
It was my first visit I was given a tour of the building which was awesome and I got to attend a Step Zumba class that was great I will definitely be going back
It's always been a great experience going to LIFT. Group exercise classes are tops; clientele diverse and quite pleasant. The location is restful and calming. It truly does inspire wellness.
I love it! There's a great atmosphere and it's not intimidating at all. :)
I go everyday I can and U should check it out,it's good for me and I know it will b good for u to,excercise is Good for the body
