Everyone is so supportive here. I do aqua classes at least three times per week, usually with Kathy Guthrie, and I truly feel energized afterwards. The Lift is a good place to be.

An amazing place to have in the heart of Jackson. Three pools, track, several areas of workout equipment and a huge gym.

I wasn't a patient there but accompanied my sister during her therapy with Josefina Pena and we loved her and the place! My mom went with her too and we all couldn't wait to see what we would learn each time from Josefina about taking care of your body. We learned too. It is an extremely nice & clean place with the sweetest people working there! We were actually kinda sad when therapy was over!
