Way over priced. Staff was incompetent & lacked comprehension not only of their products & services but of health & wellness all together. And trying to call heads of other departments was pointless. They'll send your call to a voicemail & refuse to call people back; even after multiple calls. Yes, they have a great facility, just not a good staff or price plan. 2 thumbs DOWN. =(
Just had a MASSAGE by Robyn May at LIFT.. IT WAS WONDERFUL!! All the stress and tension is gone! I'm adding a weekly appointment with her to my calendar. Thank you LIFT for the great and experienced staff you provide.
I love my home town gym in Kentucky but this is one of the nicest gyms I've ever been in!!! The hoist equipment is awesome, the pool area is great, the whole place is awesome!! This is like the Disney world of gyms as far as I'm concerned!! And more important the staff are really nice!! I think I've definitely found my home away from home when it comes to the gym!!!
