I want to apologize first and foremost. The manager and I looked into who was serving you are are taking steps to remedy this right away. The manager also says he knows you and that you are a regular and very easy going and pleasant so for you to complain it had to be pretty bad. As I am sure you know things happen in restaurants to throw us off at times but it looks like this was just pure negligence and I am sorry! Thanks for continuing to be an awesome regular!
