Honest, down to earth, incredible service
We use them for our personal vehicles and our fleet. They never overcharge. Always happy with their service.
They just replaced a water pump less than 3 weeks ago. I have had 3 mechanics look at the water pump to tell me it is still bad. I called to see if this shop could even look at it and all he could tell me was there is no warranty. Without even looking at it the mechanic at this shop wants to tell me he knows that's not the problem. But he couldn't even remember my car. They were very rude and wouldn't even let me talk.
Great service, honest, affordable. Highly recommend.
The guys at Lifetime Automotive are so nice and accommodating! I had my timing belt and surrounding parts replaced a few weeks ago and my water pump went out yesterday. I immediately took it in and they replaced it first thing this morning (under warranty for parts & labor) and I had my car back this afternoon. They have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable, and they don’t price-gouge like some other shops!

I trust Lifetime Auto with my car. I will even wait 2 hours for an oil change from this shop. They are great!

Thank you Lisa , its usually not very common to have to wait that long for oil change but when it does happen, I am glad that we have such great customers as you and that they don't mind waiting or coming back. We really appreciate it ,since we know how time is valuable now days.
Friendly, dependable, reasonable prices. They are always happy to do things like checking tire pressure and such as free services.
