I have been a member of this gym for over 20 years. I love it. The owner always keeps up to date equipment. The staff is always helpful. You couldn't ask for a better atmosphere.
We just started going. We had our first training session yesterday with Jason and it was GREAT! The facility is clean and neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Jason was a great trainer and kept us motivated. In so excited to continue and get back in shape
