Equipment is kept in great shape, and plenty to go around. People here are so courteous, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. Plenty of options, weights, treadmills, ellepticals, balls, resistance machines, bags, pool, saunas, steam rooms, racquetball courts, hot tub to mention a few of the amenities.

Like the pool since that is the only part of the gym I use. However, it needs improvements. It is disheartening to pay a higher price just to use the pool. Not physically able to do rest of gym and feel penalized for having to pay a higher price than those who use the front part of the gym. Also, a rubber mat running along the side of the pool would be good since floor is slick. Also, it needs another designated swim lane and needs to be posted that the lanes are strictly for swimming and not walking.

I love this facility! I can come in and be greeted by everyone even members and feel like part of the lifestyles family. And if ive missed a couple days it's always as if I never left. No one is watching me and saying oh you can't do it. Here everyone's attitude is You CAN Do it!!! And they are very encouraging. Thanks lifestyles for changing my life!
