I can't say enough wonderful things about Lifestyle Hearing. My husband received hearing aids over 2 years ago (from another place) and was never taught cleaning and care. Becky sat down with us and went through it from start to finish. My husband had had the same filters in since he received the hearing aids!! This made a WORLD of difference! My husband is ecstatic. Thank you so much! I wish I could give you 100 stars. You've made me very happy.
Tiffany is fantastic. Not only did she fit my son with hearing aids that he wears more than ever before, but she introduced him to Bluetooth technology that will let him listen to music (his love) through his hearing aids! We his parents and Jim couldn't be happier. Thank you Tiffany!
Very poor customer service.They made an appointment with us at 4:30pm which is there quitting time! No one was at the office at 4:35pm. Have you ever been 5 mins late? Moving elderly people is tough to begin with and to have them make an appointment and not be there 5mins afterward is ridiculous, wouldn't you agree? Anyone who has worked with the elderly knows they are slow and giving them a little grace time is always appreciated. ���Wow...today is my 1 year anniversary for my hearing aids. I can't express my gratitude enough to Lifestyle Hearing & Dr. Rosner, for improving my QUALITY of life. Until you've lost something you never really grasp what having it truly means. That being said, we really do live in a noisy world & I like that with a click of a button I can enjoy the sounds of silence when feeling overwhelmed. Life is good �����
Tiffany Sexton could not have been more caring and professional. She seemed to know my questions before i even asked and had a answer to all my concerns. What a nice person to have on your staff that enjoys helping others get their hearing back to what they thought would be lost forever. I look forward to my visits.
Went to Dr. Rosner for vertigo. He fixed it on the spot with a few head movements. Dr. Rosner then said I needed a hearing test. I was hesitant but "played" along. So thankful to him and his staff. I have a rare condition and my nerve was dying in my right ear. I was still hesitant about getting a hearing aid. I wanted to get retested.
