Set apointment for our grandaughter and have card with time on it 3.30 get there at 3.15. They say we are late and she cant be seen cause she was late they are a joke this is the grantline road new albany one its happend more than once going to try and find somewhere else we dont call in 24 hours to cancell we get billed they can call a half hour befor apointment time its ok hell with that

I went into Turning Point January 6th 2016 and graduated from the program February 9th 2016. While I was there I learned how to live without getting high everyday of my life. I couldn't have found a better place to go to get better. I'm grateful for the nurses and techs there and the therapists and case managers. They helped me much while I was in there. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity I got. If it wasn't for Turning Point/LifeSprings I would probably be dead. Thank you TPC
