Received an email and letter in the mail- both confirming my appointment. When I arrived, both receptionists (it’s not their fault though) didn’t know why my appointment was cancelled. I should have spoken to a manager as they both seemed confused and couldn’t help me. I never received a call, email, or letter stating my appointment was cancelled. It seemed very disorganized. Well, yikes. When I called to make the appointment, the person I spoke with wasn’t particularly friendly, and I ended up hanging up. She couldn’t understand what I was saying. My last name and address aren’t easy to spell out, and I do have an accent, but still—it was quite ridiculous. Apparently, they gave me an appointment anyway, because I received a reminder to sign paperwork weeks later.
