Out of all the times that I’ve given blood it has never gone this smoothly. Thanks to Bee it was a smooth and quick job to donate. I was so happy I had to take picture of my bag because I’ve never been able to fill up a complete bag. I usuall get poke 3 times in an arm before my vein is found. Bee did first try and barley felt anything. Thank you so much for making that so easy.
I received EXCELLENT service from Bee with LifeSouth. Bee & Margarita make a great team but Bee as a nurse and clinician was exceptional!!! Professional and skilled with her craft. I was nervous because I haven't donated in a very long time but I felt cared for and Bee calmed my fears. Great overall experience. LifeSouth made an excellent decision to hire this beautiful and talented young lady. Thank you Bee. I may become a regular donor after this experience with you and Margarita, today.
My partner has to have therapeutic phlebotomies due to medications he takes. We have been coming to this LifeSouth location to have that procedure done multiple times. We have always had a good experience with the workers here and they help put his nerves more at ease for someone who heavily dislikes the whole process.
