RecommendedToday I donated blood. The girl who did it was absolutely amazing (I didn't catch her name). I started to feel hot and sick when she was about to remove the needle. I got dizzy and threw up, she held the bag for me and cleaned me up. It all really sucked, but my fault for skipping breakfast. Anyways, she was great and made me feel better about being sick. Thank you to her and the others while all that was happening!! also got a super cute tshirt for donating
The staff is SO friendly and make sure you have everything you need and are in good hands! Give blood! You never know whose life it could save!

The Alexandria office is great, but I will never make an appointment with the mobile unit again. I did on two different occasions, one of them today, and they were so late getting there that we left. And I drove 20 miles to donate.
A wonderful experience helping others in difficult times. It’s also a pleasure hanging out with the terrific group of ladies at Lifeshare in Alexandria.
The staff is super kind, caring and thankful! I love donating here!
