I came in here today for my first plasma donation. Service provided was exceptional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable with tips on preparing before and after the donation. When I finished, there was a decent range of food and drinks available to replenish fluids. Will come back again.
I’m a regular therapeutic donor and have over decades had v sections at various clinics in 2 countries. West Gosford has been my local now for some years and EVERY TIME the people that look after you are truly amazing. I can’t single out any one person as I see them all, over my years of visits and always truly amazing people. Keep up the good work team.
I always have such a great experience donating at the Gosford Donor Centre. All the staff members are exceptional and I would like to give praise to 4 staff members in particular that make me feel so welcomed and calm during the donating experience - Bonnie, Bec, Mitch and Ace. I really want to give a special credit to Bonnie in particular who always goes above and beyond while radiating positivity ✨
Love donating plasma and the work they do here is wonderful. They are so friendly, efficient and great snacks after to relax while getting your energy back
