While I did get the info I needed I found the reception to be exceptionally rude while providing the info. I don't think a 1 star is needed as I didn't get service from the actual doctors but having a first impression be that doesn't look good at all.
Complaint: Office staff’s poor communication to mental health client followed by gaslighting same client to whitewash their poor communication. Suggestion: employer could provide awareness level training to office staff in this area of mental health clinical psychology and effective communication skills.
