Be very careful of them getting pre-authorization and pre-approvals. I'm currently handling an issue which occurred over a year. My initial visit was good and the office staff was good but because of an error the first office manager made, I'm stilling having to deal with them. The current office manager, I believe her name is Myriam, who started there in May 2020 will not even answer the phone when she sees my number to discuss the issue nor respond to my email. I must let the world in about my wonderful experience I had with Dr. Hashim. I recently moved to the Dallas area with limited experience and knowledge of the area let alone finding a good Dentist with great apprehension on my part due to fear of going to the dentist.
