It's an awesome place with professional trainers & have a wide variety of equipment to use & it is NEVER crowded. I highly recommend Lifebridge Fitness to anyone who is thinking about having a healthy lifestyle.
LifeBridge is a wonderful gym. I love the great variety of people that go there. There is plenty of equipment to be used, a great pool and lots and lots of classes to choose from. And the instructors that teach those classes are wonderful and make the classes very worthwhile and fun
This place makes me love to go to the gym. The best staff, equipment and classes and getting fit and healthy has never been so much fun!!
I became a member of Life Bridge in May 2016. I was trying to find the perfect and most comfortable atmosphere for body building for a long time. I finally found it at Life Bridge Health and Fitness, I feel like I am HOME!!!!! The BEST!!!
Its NOT LIFETIME fitness that i belong to in Boca Raton, Florida so it is a close second.. There are no LIFETIME clubs near me the closest is 45 minutes away.. too long.. hopefully one will be here in the area in the next couple years. LifeBridge is a clean club and the staff are very nice!!
Been going every day for the last 2 weeks even before 11am service on Sunday. Thank You God for good health and a nice, we'll operated facility with unbelievable amenities to make my commitment beyond just pleasant but fabulous.
Life Bridge is a great place, increased me and my husband fun activities while keeping us in shape and healthy. Really enjoy the variety of classes, especially because you can join in without extra costs. Thanks LifeBridge, Phyllis Sivels
