I love the heated therapeutic pool and the steam room. I also enjoy chair yoga and water aerobics but that steam room is the bestest.��☉
The amenities are very nice, the group fitness classes are excellent and the members and staff are all so friendly. Lifebridge has a nice community feel unlike any health club I’ve ever attended.
I have been a member since the gym first opened and was located on Painters Mill Road. There are many benefits to take advantage of at LifeBridge Health & Fitness - the pool, the variety of work-out equipment, and the many different classes that are offered. Something for everyone - young and old!
Trainers and classes are great. Walking track and pool wonderful. I lost over 20 pounds. Made some new friends, too. Love Lifebridge.
