I was a member for over two years. I recently received a flyer in the mail to reactivate my membership for only $10. I tried to do so, but they now want to charge me $20 more per month than what I was paying when I was a member. That doesn't sound like "reactivating my membership" to me. They were also condescending, saying "This is Lifebridge, we are the best!" I mean yeah you're okay but you're not the best. I had some laughably bad instructors when I was there. Kylee did my acupuncture and cupping on my lower back. She was so wonderful and made it so comfortable for me! She explained what she was doing and how it would affect me. She continued to check on me and make sure that my first experience was a great one. She is so sweet and so knowledgeable! I highly recommend her!

I love their equipment, space and the yoga.
I had questions about acupuncture in general and Kylee made me feel so comfortable about giving it a try. I don’t live in the area, or I would definitely go see her specifically! I’ve known Kylee for a long time and she is so determined and just an all around genuine person!
Go see Kylee for acupuncture! She has been so helpful in treating my headaches due to neck pain and stress. Kylee is so sweet, very knowledgeable, and professional. She took time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!
Excellent equipment for exercise, and a great walking/running track. The face-to-face and trainer staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. The members are friendly and motivated, willing to help. (There is also a large heated pool and smaller pool, which I don't use.) Also, I like the overall organization of LHF, which has programs and organized events. Membership makes you part of something big, not just of a gym.
