I agree with the other reviewers, she's cold, rude, lacks compassion, condescending, and cuts off in the middle of an answer. Seemed bored while I was talking. She wanted me to decide on a date for a procedure without even providing options, a calendar, or anything. She got bothered when I asked for dates, almost like she was rolling her eyes at me. I really don't want to see her again, as she did not seem to care about me or my condition or what I've been going through.
The worst doctor I have ever had, extremely rude, condescending, mean girl energy. She has zero compassion even in my suffering. She has no empathy. She makes a joke out of my stimming (autistic movement) and blames my health issues on it saying I must be anxious when I was not in anyway anxious. She throws her hands up when she does the bare minimum and claims to not be able to do more to help me. After I saw her I got further help from other doctors. Loved her! To the point and spot on with diagnosis and treatment. Answered all my questions and okay with my quirky approach to my own health practices...fasting etc. Exactly what you want in a physician.
Dr. Spaho does a great job. She has a wonderful team to support her at DuPage Medical Center. She kindly follows up to make sure you are doing well after the procedure.
Love how doctors can make you wait for hours but when you call ahead to say that you will be no more than 15 minutes late due to traffic and show up, she cannot see you. So I guess she really only had 15 minutes for me anyway. And I should not have bothered to call. Inconsiderate and inflexible
