He did my divorce in 2008 and didn’t do discovery (although it was contested). He also didn’t make me sign a waiver of discovery either. I didn’t know any better then, but my ex had lots of his own accounts and I would have known that for settlement purposes if Requests For Production and Interrogatories had been propounded. We also settled in an informal mediation and it was pretty awful. Not Flint’s fault, but I could have walked away with some actual money instead of nothing but owed legal fees.
