Took forever to get a room. They took people that weren't that bad in front of others who were worst off. Terrible Er I've ever been to. the only way to get seen without waiting long is bleed all over the furniture
After the 5 hour wait just to be seen we got to deal with the rudest nurses I've ever met. This place has a total disregard for people. Next we will drive to Columbus or Knox and probably wait half the time.
Er is slow but they all are. Other than that no complaints.
Emergency room needs swifter action. The docs in there need to be a touch more attentive and the staff need to be more people oriented and not have this look on their faces th st you did something wrong just by walking through the door. The girls behind the desk have the worst attitude possible. As long as their nails don't break and the hair doesn't get messed up....then they couldn't give a rat's ass about you. Worst place in the world don't take your family here
I want to know when this hospital is going to learn how to treat sepsis and septic shock.until you do people are going to continue dying at this hospital.someone needs to treat or send them to a hospital that can.sepsis alliance is a great resource.stop killing people this is an ugly disease

I have had outpatient surgery and so has my husband and son. We have been through the ED several times, my Mother on Law spent a few days on CCU, and my husband spent a couple of days on the 4th floor. We have always had outstanding care at LMH.
Never Again!!! Went to the pain clinic, had one visit. They charged approx over $1200. to the insurance. I had to pay over $300. out of pocket. They can charge more because they are located in the hospital. Was very disappointed, they were no help to me at all. I only was there for one visit. They told me not to come back unless I find a 3-4 year old MRI. What a joke the pain clinic is. I am now going to a pain clinic in the Columbus area that is helping and on the 1st visit.
