Excellent hospital invested in improving the health of the community.
Everyone on labor and delivery side was wonderful explain everything to my daughter kelley LANDIS before during and after her C-section and getting her tubes tied on Jan.4,2017 her stay on post partum was good also her nurse Christy was in every 30-45 minutes just to check on her which wonderful...They only thing we didn't like the room wasn't cleaned during her stay except for Thurs.1/5/2017 the housekeeper came in finish pulling trash and etc.but didn't clean the room there is dust under the couch and debris on the floor a... read more
I brought my son in to the ER last night. They were right on top of taking care of him. They worked as a team to accomplish things to make him comfortable. In the end we were sent to children's only because of his complex medical history. I'm reality I felt more calm at LMH than children's. Charlotte, Dr. Jolly, Will, and Derek were very professional and attentive! Thanks for all you do.
Yesterday I had a mammogram. The tech was friendly and explained everything. She told me about the new 3D machine and of how LMH keeps up with advances before some of the big hospitals in Columbus. I could tell she took pride in her job and her hospital. She kept my comfort in mind while doing her job. She then showed me the images on screen. It was the best and coolest mammogram I have ever had.
Unbelievable a hospital can charge such high costs in the guise of helping others. Beginning in 2017 Medicaid patients will be required to be provided an estimate of costs. Let's hope this begins a trend to disclose and provide an estimate to all customers.
The lady who directs your calls is rude and talks back when she needs to direct calls and do her job I asked for the emergency room not a smart ass comment about how I said "shit"
My family and i have only had good experiences with LMH. Where you get your treatment is your choice. If you don't like LMH then don't go there. All hospitals have down falls. Your not there for a vacation. LMH would not win the awards they are honored with if they were a bad place for care or employment.
I've had surgeries at this hospital over the years, both my parents had surgeries/illnesses, causing stays here. I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved immediately. I have no reservations about using LMH ! The staff is respectful, and caring...that being said, it's a hospital, not Utopia.
This hospital is a joke. My girlfriend had surgery today and they're just letting her sit in pain. Nurse button doesn't even work and we've already asked two people to get her nurse. Yet still no nurse or the cat scan results that were supposed to only take 30 mins. Oh about an hour and a half ago. You would be better off to make the drive to a different hospital. We've been here for just over 3 hours and received little to no help. This place is ridiculous.
