My son had hernia surgery yesterday with Dr Ferrini. Just want to say thanks for all the smiling and genuinely compassionate folks we came in contact with. From the moment we walked in the door each and every person we came on contact with were awesome. Took their time, answered questioned all while having a smile on there face. Shout out to Licking Memorial Health Systems! So many people have had negative things to say about this hospital but I have delivered all 4 children at licking and my son had his surgery there yesterday and I have to say that all of the staff were amazing and kind and all Levi talks about is all the funny nurses and doctors and staff. He was not scared one bit about anything while being there. His main thing he remembers is being back in the OR with Dr. Lawson and his anesthesiologist and how funny they were. I have been going to Licking Memorial Hospital since I came to this country from Scotland in 1971, had both my children there, have never had any complaints with Doctors or staff, keep up the good work.
