I LOVE LiceDoctors!! I was needing to treat my family without chemicals because my son has eczema and can’t have hash chemicals ANYWHERE even his head. Lice Dr’s came out quickly s reared our family. Don't use these people if you are counting on a guarantee! I used the Memphis based office. My technician arrived and treated my daughter's very mild case of lice in just over and hour and a half. The technician said there's no way to treat a family of four in the advertised 2.5-3 hrs. Thankfully, no one else in the family had lice. However, because we didn't treat all of the family, Lice Doctor's advertised 30 day guarantee was voided (thus policy was not disclosed upfront). We keep records of our pricing and we average 2.5 to 3 hours for a family of 4; that is based on over 300,000 clients treated which costs between $325 and $375. In fact, our prices are among the lowest in the country. There is some variation if the hair is very infested or very long and thick. Our technician, Gretchen, was absolutely wonderful. She worked tirelessly on four disadvantaged youth well past the witching hour to make sure that their heads were freed from the lice that had plagued them for some time. I couldn't sing more praises about her upbeat attitude and her knowledge on the process. She taught us all how to make it through this fiasco and how to prevent this fiasco from ever occuring again! There is no other person I will ever call to help me with lice. LiceDoctors are THE BEST!

I am so very impressed with the service we received. Helen was the nurse that came to our home. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, proficient, and patient. This service was SO well worth the expense. From the initial phone call with the appointment setter, everyone was polite and informative.
