I had an excellent experience with LiceDoctors. The technician was efficient, polite and did a great job getting rid of the lice of my kids (3) heads as well as myself. I can say enough good things. I would totally recommend them to my friends and family!

I felt like this was a scam. Was charged $472 for my daughter to get olive oil put all over her hair and the kitchen was left in a big mess. This wasn't a special treatment at all. The communication from the time I called to when she left, was not good. I had no idea this "tech" would spend 4 hours at my house, dousing olive oil all over my daughter, I had to be her assistant just to speed up the process by fetching more olive oil, getting hair dryer, drying her hair, cleaning up the place after she left. This company is one of the best!!! They always r there if and when u need them 7 days a week and a valuable day & night. They come to the house to the rescue and always leave us with no lice and peace of mind. The Techs are always very kind & sincere. I recommend this company to everyone. Lice Doctors to the rescue!!!
LiceDoctors is a complete rip off I feel like ! I was expecting to pay $175 but ended up paying $295 ! As if $175 wasn't bad enough ! If I knew they were just going to use olive oil I would have never called ! And the bad part is , I have to sleep with olive oil in my hair for the next 3 weeks !? Smh ! When I called, I was expecting them to get rid of it all in one day ! Not sleeping with olive oil in my hair for 3 freaking weeks !! I know one thing for sure though !! lice Doctors can eliminate your nightmares dealing with the nasty little creatures nobody wants!!! It's a battle! They teach you how to do the treatment and you persevere with patience to fight the battle together as a family. It's not easy but it certainly helps! Satisfactions guaranteed!
Dont waste your money! For what you are spending per hour the least they could do is give you the nit comb instead of charging an extra $20! They come and comb once then you are on your own for the rest of the month. No recheck or anything. There are many other agencies that will provide this service better. I feel like I wasted an excessive amount of money.
