I called them thinking one case, they had to treat all 3 of us. Our technician was amazing and a wonderful woman, but if I had known I was going to be paying $600 for olive oil to be combed through our hair, which I have to continue to do anyway, is absolutely ABSURD and I feel robbed. just get a bunch of olive oil and a metal nix comb and do it ALL yourself. IT IS VERY EASY TO DO, PAY A FRIEND NOT THESE GREEDY PEOPLE.
OMG! I am so happy with the service of Lice Doctor. Our lady was Delma and she was amazing!! So thorough and informative! I will positively recommend this company to friends. Thank you Delma and thank you Lice Doctor. You gave me peace of mind!!

Lice doctors did not provide the services they promised. I’m still dealing with lice at home a month later because the technician failed to do her job. Do not hire !!!!!
I cannot say enough to urge anyone not to use this company. The technician did not show up at all… No one could reach him… I had to hire someone to run my business and even gave them an opportunity to compensate me and they offered me 10%. I had to pay $60 to have someone run my business while they looked at my granddaughter and my head and took care of the issue at hand and it was a total no show . PLEASE look elsewhere as not only are they irresponsible in their booking ... but incredibly rude !
They were knowledgable friendly and ON TIME. The technician treated my son when he normally wont sit still for more than 30 seconds. the lice didn't come back and the treatment was chemical free and they even offered a guarantee. couldn't have asked for better service.
we have been dealing with lice since may. I was nearing the end of my rope when I called for an apt. our technician Christina was SUPERB and ended up treating 2 out of our family of 6. I would highly recommend this company. a little spendy but totally worth every penny. ❤❤
