My faith in service is being restored! While I was rather upset and disappointed that the splash shield was not properly reattached after a recent oil change, I know that mistakes happen. My prior experience with other dealerships made me ready to fight to get it fixed but your team recognized their error and made it right without prompting. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!
Came here as my car had the brake line recall and I had a warranty question. At first they seemed really helpful took my information, pictures etc. They said I would here back soon for an appointment for the recall and about the warranty claim. 3 weeks go by and I here nothing so I stoped back in to find out they hadn't logged the recall and never followed up on the warranty question.
