My faith in service is being restored! While I was rather upset and disappointed that the splash shield was not properly reattached after a recent oil change, I know that mistakes happen. Came here as my car had the brake line recall and I had a warranty question. At first they seemed really helpful took my information, pictures etc. They said I would here back soon for an appointment for the recall and about the warranty claim. 3 weeks go by and I here nothing so I stoped back in to find out they hadn't logged the recall and never followed up on the warranty question.
