I took my car in for a flat tire repair and to check the alignment because of the tire wear with only 18,500 miles on the car. When I picked it up later in the day I was told the alignment was okay. We did notice the tire wear and checked your maintenance records -the tires were rotated as needed. I was given 4 new tires under the "Subaru Goodwill Policy" . Straightforward and no hard sales! We went in for a Forrester and ended up deciding on the much smaller Crosstrek. Nothing felt forced and they took care of everything: financing, registration and plates. Great experience from start to finish!
