I bought my Subaru Crosstrek a year ago now and I love it!! In just a year I hit well over 13,000 miles but it's in great shape and gets me everywhere. Subaru takes care of my car when I bring it in to be looked at and serviced. We love it so much that my dad went ahead and sold his BMW to buy the same car. Liberty Subaru is great, staff is friendly and helpful, service is fast and direct, and easy.
The best service department I have ever dealt with! They are knowledgeable and very nice. I live in NY and still travel to Emerson to have my car serviced. This is my second Forester; they helped me keep my 2002 on the road for eleven years and over 200,000 miles! I like the way Bob manages the service department and always look forward to dealing with Chris in service!!
Mike Gallow and the rest of the staff are phenomenal! They helped me out in more ways than you can imagine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great reliable cars. The staff is not pushy, they actually care about you and your wellbeing. Do not go anywhere else, this should be your first and last stop. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I called up at 10 am and asked if they could get my Forester in and out the same day. I showed up at 12:35 pm had both transverse control arm bushings replace and the rear differential service sand was back on the road before 3 pm. Out Standing!
