I think overall this Dealership is good. Obviously you wish that you could get Cars or Service cheaper...but you have to pay for good things! Service is good, but again you always feel you should have gotten a better deal on it. I have recommended this Dealership to many people and I am happy that I did since I always get positive feedback!
first time here mostly because of the emergency. My battery died and wont start until replacement. Was pleasantly surprised that i could get service fast and with no issues although was walk-in. Took one star out as was not able to get the root cause answer on my problem, the guess that i heard seemed just an attempt to answer something.. other than that, people are nice and know how to serve customers
Terrible service provided and service department charged for tire issue that was under warranty. This was my third bad service experience with them. I leased a brand new Subaru less than a year. Never going to be returning back to this dealership. Subaru cars are great, but stay away from this dealership, if you can. I called delaership on Friday evening form I-95/Turnpike highway when incident happened that I will be coming on Saturday morning to drop car. Great car dealer. They do what they say they will. Fixed parts that I was surprised covered by warranty. I would go back.
Even when tou complain they share your Joy. You get a free car wash too
As usual they finished my car sooner that expected, and they include a car wash as a courtesy.
We love it! Leased and then bought my first Outback, in 1999!! Started with Liberty Subaru...and till this day..Still at Liberty and still a two Subaru family!! We loved our Outback, and now our Forrester and Crosstrex, in the process of trading in our Forrester for an Outback !! They never let us down, any weather, any place, any situation we find ourselves in!! Safe and dependable! I I LIVE SUBARU, LITERALLY!! ;*)))
