This is a well managed business. However, not very easy to qualify with this PM's standards (which is understandable) but imo, a huge contributing factor for the current housing crisis. These type of companies have more power than they should; it's sad to see a hard working-homeless* *family with nowhere to go because of a credit score and unrealistic income standards which do not reflect average household incomes.
