Deya of Rest Easy Pest Control came to investigate yellow jackets that had gotten into my wall. Despite my extreme fear of them, she suited up and very calmly took care of a huge next that they had built. She also carefully explained to me what she was doing and gave me clear instructions about staying out of that room for a few days. I couldn't believe how calm and efficient she was! She really put me at ease, and I was very happy with the service.
