Service at it's best Thanks to Howie and the rest of the staff at Liberty Mazda for the wonderful service Experience I had on my last visit. Not only was the car done sooner then promised it came in under the quote. This is the reason I choose to go to the dealer for service.....
NOT HONEST, OVER PRICED, UNORGANIZED, AND OUTDATED I went in for service for the first time and let me just say I circled the building 2 TIMES until I finally decided to park and go inside and speak to someone. No one was kind enough to come outside and tell me the procedure. I stood there for about 10 minutes until I was greeted. Great Buying experience with Chuck Marinaccio My husband and I went in to see the 2015 CX5 grand touring. Chuck came out to help us after a while of us looking on our own. we were NOT one bit smothered by him!! We took a test drive with a vehicle which had everything we were looking for. I got pressured and yelled at to buy today! Brought my daughter for her first new car buying experience. They yelled at both of us when we told them we wanted to think about it. I wasn't going to let her buy her first car in the first place she walked into especially with such a bad salesperson (Didn't even ask her what color she wanted). Pleasant Car Buying Experience Recently purchased a Mazda 6 from Liberty. I worked with Chuck - he was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He helped me pick out a car that suited my needs within my budget. They have a great inventory so the hardest part was picking the color.
