Donna was great and very good at communicating with me over the phone and through text. It was a rather expensive repair but that's pretty understandable since it was an electrical issue. Donna gave me a loaner car which was great for the day I was without my vehicle.
The service department was a pleasure to visit, staff is kind and efficient and did a great job.
I had a great experience with this dealership, in particular the sales department. I must commend Larry Giove who walked me through the sales process for acquiring a new car for someone from Canada who just started working in MA. Got to mentioned Paul Denning as well who, along with Larry, patiently walked me through the on boarding process of my ne CX-5.
