Just completed a two step repair with the 2nd being installation of the part. Donna did a great job and guided through the process. Previously another place said this repair was going to be much more involved which made no sense.
Just had the first service performed on our CX-9, friendly staff and efficient process. Vehicle was ready quicker than quoted. Will be returning in the future, would highly recommend. We also purchased our vehicle at Liberty and the sales team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Pierre, Jimmy, and Tom!

Great experience. Enjoyed working with Adrian. I do wish car dealerships wouldn’t routinely push people so hard to purchase extended warranty packages. It makes the whole car buying experience feel very sleazy. But I know the industry must make billions off of it selling to foreigners and elderly people, so I’m sure that’s not about to change.
Emily was awesome at getting me in quickly when I dropped of my cx5 for recall, even had my loaner car waiting ,I was in and out in 10 minutes. Car was done in 1 day with no issues. I like the car check video they send you along with her texting her number if I had any questions or issue. I did not! Next day service manager reached to check on service and also inform him if I had any issues. From drop of to pick service was top notch.
