Tom, the service manager, and Marcia who answers my calls and checks me in, are always incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make sure I get top notch service. I also appreciate the amount of communication I receive regarding any issues with my car in the form of a text with a link to a mechanic video explaining what needs to be done and the cost. I highly recommend Liberty Mazda!

I’ve bought my last two cars at Liberty Mazda. They are a great dealership to work with. Just got my car serviced there and the experience was fantastic. It is easy to book an appointment. I worked with Donna who is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The work was done promptly. I was texted a video before the work was started to show what was needed and received an estimate of cost to approve. Super easy process. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.
Best service I've ever experienced. Donna greeted me and later let me know when the car was ready. Perfect attitude towards customer. She made me feel welcomed and valued not only as a customer, but also as a human being. Tim, the mechanic who took care of my car, put together a video, describing what had been done to it. Detailed and to the point. Many thanks to both, to the dealership and of course, to Mazda.
