My son and i were checked in to the emergency room quickly, and treated very well!
Wait time is way to long!! Wait time once in room is way to long!!! Cutting back on doctors is not helping things at all. But Doctors and nurses are polite and friendly. It's not the doctors & nurses fault, the fault lays in the hands of people cutting staff and making decisions behind the seens that could careless how long we have to wait or how over worked their staff are. I went to the ER my blood pressure was high they examined me took blood gave me a CAT scan and EKG they came in the room and threw the papers on the bed and told me to follow up didn't explain anything to me
My 86 y.o. mother fell, broke her hip. Doctor never did examine her. Sent her to a room without orders and no pain medicine. 29 hours later, still no surgery. Lots of excuses anout how busy they are. Hey...that's my mama lying there in the same spot for over 24 hours. Not impressed with this place.
It's the ER. Nobody wants to go to the ER. Would rather go to Red Robin.
