To say the least, I've never been more disappointed in an ER before. I was post op x2 weeks. I went into the ER because I thought one of my incisions had popped internally. I sat there and waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. Which was fine. I get it, there are patients who have it far worse than I did. I have had my 89 year old father in the ER twice this month. Both times, the staff, nurses and doctors have been outstanding; kind, caring and helpful. I have to give a shout out to Nurse Brandi in the ER who treated my father with loving kindness and respect. The social worker advocate was also fantastic with much needed information on helping me care for my father. We are so blessed to have a state of the art hospital such as this in the northland!

All of the Staff were outstanding while my husband was there from about 4:45 to 8 pm on Fri. Tom, amanda, Eden, Michelle, Shawn T., excellent job! Nobody loves hospital visits but you sure helped him feel better quickly!
As always, we had a great experience at Liberty hospital. The staff is friendly, professional and go out of their way to assist you and keep you informed about what is going on. We were very well taken care of and were made very comfortable while my husband had to stay overnight. I stayed with him and they made me very comfortable also.
