The staff was wonderful and they were super fast to treat my son who had a head injury. We may have chosen a good time and day for an emergency, but they were so kind!

Took my wife to the Liberty ER yesterday. She was having complications from Chemo and couldnt hold anything down. The Triage nurse was a horrible horrible bitch and we will never return to this ER. Liberty should screen their employees a bit better and I hope this will be seen by the board of directors or somebody that supports this worthless nurse. After 4 days and 5 different ERs and Urgent cares and PCCs I drive 45mins out my way with a sick 3yr old to Liberty Hospital. There was nothing but concern for my child from the moment we walked in the door. Rachelle and Jennifer were nothing but awesome. They actually took the time to look at my daughter listen to what was going on, double checked they heard right and did everything they could REGARDLESS of what previous DRs "said" was wrong. My mom was diagnosed with the flu and had been ill for 9 days and was not getting better despite being given Tamiflu under the ill advice of another physician (she was way past the time that Tamiflu is supposed to be given) due to her duress of not getting better. My young adult son was referred to E.D. by urgent care doctor. Dr. Barr and all nurses and techs were great. He had a host of symptoms and this was 3rd doctor in 3 days. They did not find a diagnosis as all tests came back negative, which is still of concern to me as his neck and face were very swollen in addition to several other symptoms. But they did a great job of treating the symptoms and were very pleasant and helpful. This has not always been my experience at this emergency room so I was very happy for my son's sake.

So I took my daughter to Liberty Hospital because her eye has been randomly bleeding for 2 days and she is having nose bleeds as well. I was going to wait and take her to her doctor on Monday but it just keeps happening and the nurse line said take her in. Anyway we wait for almost 2 hours before she is called back. Well as we are walking to the room the nurse is asking a bunch of health questions and says so it looks resolved I don't see anything wrong with it. I only had to wait over 30 mins once in the ER. The many other times I have been and it was a lot. They are always friendly and patient with you. Very nice people there. the doctor where good as well. Very very thural with their work. They make sure before you leave you understand everything that's has happened and what you need to follow up on. Pick them first before any other hospital around.
