Liberty hospital has always been my hospital this visit however was not for me but my housemate and friend off forty years arrived by ambulance at ,1800 hrs sat in treatment room till 10mins to 2 a.m. took that long to get a room for her yes er was busy and they tend to her as I expected them too nice, friendly, very competent, but slow in moving patient to rooms that's partly the fault of the floor not taking the new admissions from er fast enough... room for much needed improvement... once in room no complaints nice additi... read more
I was treated quickly and everyone was super nice.
They were very sweet and took very good care of me
Our visit was really good they got us right in and the staff was super friendly and really cared about our situation
My son fell and hit his head and needed staples, and this was the closest ER from where we were. We got there the triage nurse was wearing a mask (hey I get it, no one likes the Flu... but it was impersonal), and behind a glass barrier. We get checked in and go sit in their waiting room. Luckily not for very long, as my son gets bored fast and easy. She calls us back and seemed annoyed he had never been there before. She gets done with him and takes us to this room and we wait for 20 minutes for the NP to come to us, and she... read more
The charge triage nurse was very nice and put me in a cold dark holding room with an ice pack for my migraine. I waited a while, but I expect that at the ER. When I got back to the actual ER the nurse that did my IV was nice and my actual nurse was wonderful. However, the doctor was really rude. When I told him I had a migraine he almost acted like it wasn't a real illness or that I wanted narcotics. Narcotics don't do anything for migraines. We were there yesterday... my husband broke his ankle. Dr Daniel Hagen RN Laurie Clark and Travis (I didn't get any more info on him) but the shot for pain worked wonderfully, were all awesome and explained everything they were doing. Dr Hagen explained how his ankle had been broken before and my husband never knew he broke it before. Lol Being new to the area this is a great community hospital.
