Fre was the wonderful lady who helped my mother and me during our visit to Liberty Home Care. We originally stopped in just to browse and look around, but what we experienced was so much more than great customer service. From the moment we walked in, Fre made us feel welcome. She never rushed us or pressured us in any way. Instead, she took her time getting to know my mother, talking with her, and making her feel comfortable. Fre at Liberty Home Care gave me the best customer service, she went way above and beyond for me, I went to 2 other medical supply stores before Liberty and both told me they couldn't do anything for me. Fre spent so much time calling my doctor and vendors until she found exactly what I needed.
This Place is a joke I wouldn’t send my dog out there. They treat the residence like garbage I know I work for them if you have any complaints or concerns about your patience and you called and they ignore you they say nothing I don’t return your phone calls need to be shut down.
