They never seem to answer the phone when I call it doesn't matter if it is 11am or 3pm. I wanted to see a specific DR and all of a sudden they want me to see an NP as my primary while all dr's are taking patients. If I can't even get someone to answer the phone now it will only get worse later when I have a uti or an emergency and need an rx filled that day.
Dr. Cleland is the best doctor. She is AH-MAZING! I had a very scary diagnosis and she was very understanding and very thorough. She explained everything well and made a confusing, scary time as easy as possible. I highly recommend her for a primary care physician!
Dr CLELAND is my primary care provider and I travel from out of state to see her , I have had interactions with her and Dr Castrilli and they have been wonderful very knowledgeable and caring physicians. I will continue to follow this practice because of the excellent care I receive!
Dr. Castrilli always listens and take time to really get to know you and your health. He is compassionate. He follows up to be sure you are doing well after an illness.
Unprofessional and rude staff, combined with doctors who don’t review your test results unless you pay for an additional fee they tell you about after the labs are completed. Worst physicians office I’ve experienced!
