We love the staff and Dr. at Liberty Family Practice. Dr. Fox is attentive and always apologizes for any wait we experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Their patience and understanding for last minutes calls and questions is beyond amazing!
my experience was horrible. During my visit they forgot about me in a exam room. I also had to remind them to give me the tetanus shot they forgot to give me. The billing and insurance process is a nightmare every time I call I get put on hold, Sometimes I just plain old forget about you and you have to call back again and again and again. It was my first visit here and will be my last.
Three children one adult and 20 years of visits to Liberty Family Practice for our family. Wouldn't have it any other way.
