Poor communication between center and Dr's. Lots of foul language used in front of patients Staff are not considerate towards patients with special mental health needs. They contradict each other. How bad is it when a patient does not want to go to their treatment because of some staff members making them feel unwelcome and like their health needs are not important. There are other centers, check them out first.
WILLIAM RAINES I have been getting dialysis for a year. The team that takes care of me and the patients is better than great. I was afraid to start dialysis and the team treated really made it ok. Diane Alverez was the first person to take care of me. Diane was awesome from the day and still is great. Diane is a loving and caring worker and I am happy to have her on my team.
I receive my Dyalisis treatments at this facility and aside from being a patient I am also a healthcare provider. It is imperative that healthcare professionals, no matter the situation or the stress, remember that they are there for the patient. Diana Alvarez has always exhibited the utmost of professionalism. The manner in which she carries out her duties speaks volumes of the compassion she has for her patients. Fresinius is fortunate to have Diana in their employ and the patients having her as their caregiver.
I am a patient here and I have been living with ESRD for over 16 years. The care and attention I receive here is second to none. I’ve done dialysis in several places and I have never received better personal attention and care than here. When my last transplant failed I knew I wanted to come back here. I am very disturbed to hear the way that Diana Alvarez treats my father. He has depression along with cognitive memory impairment which is made worse from the effects of dialysis. If Diana took the time to read his chart she would know this is the reason he asks the same question repeatedly. So instead of making him feel uncomfortable when he asks questions along with telling him he cant keep asking questions and that ”you already told him that ” you need to do your job as a healthcare professional or find another profession... read more
