Park in the turn lane on Tioga and bring your bills in. They'll come wave you in when they're ready for you. Cars parked on one side, sometimes both so take it slow. They are very friendly and unload pretty quick.
There isn't much space to park so I had to wait in the turning lane of Tioga St. After an hour I was able to dock. There is only one dock and not too much space but workers definitely help you out. Wasn't a fan of the area but the workers definitely bumped up the rating.
