Had a great meal for restaurant week in Philadelphia. Everything was great. Forgot to take a photo of the flourless chocolate cake and cocktails. The soup was great. 1/2 Manhattan and 1/2 New England clam chowder. The 1/2 hosted chicken is on the menu all the time. They also have great burgers.

Don't let this small place fool you. The food and the service were phenomenal. Thanks to restaurant week, I was able to try multiple items at an affordable price. I would definitely order the Parker burger and the chicken spinach fettuccine again. The owner was very pleasant and even came to talk to us quite a few times. I will be a returning customer to try more items on the menu. 5 star restaurant

Staying at the Fairfield Inn for a conference and needed a place to work. Folks at the Libertine Restaurant let me stay until late, super nice of them. The fries are great too.

Wait staff was fantastic! They all work together and it was ran so smoothly. The food was delicious! I had scallops, he had filet mignon and both were cooked to perfection.
